Sam's Club

Went to Owensboro, KY location on 9-3-26 for a couple of items. Upon selecting some pre cooked Herb chicken breast in the open refrigeration case, I noticed almost all the packages were expired and only a couple with an expiration date of 9-3-26. Not only is this a disgusting issue but it's a safe food issue. So the product I brought would basically have to be frozen right away or eaten the same day. I expected more from this Sam's Club and got even less.

My go to for flowers, food, water, laundry supplies, toiletry, paper products, totes, gift cards, snacks and more...The night shift is always helpful. Jared is outstanding. He works hard, is friendly, doesn't meet a stranger. Seems to there day and night. His welcoming attitude makes a difference for both employees and customers.

Workers here are very judgmental. Order a full pepperoni pizza and then 5 pizza combos. And then was going to order pizza pretzels and the worker said there was only one when clearly there was 2. Most of the drinks were very water down. The worker also was saying that is better to order the full pizza instead of the combos. Like her job is just to do what the client wants not what she wants.

I don't shop there. I just get my gas there. Cheapest place around if you have a Walmart account. It's clean. The traffic flows pretty smooth.

Underwhelmed by the cafe. Ordered a pizza, waited around 15min waiting for it to show preparing. It never did. So I went up and asked and they handed me one from the hot and ready box that was 30+min old and cut into 5 slices. My husband went back up with it, clearly untouched, to ask they cut it into manageable sizes for our kids and they acted like it was poisoned... Overall not a great lunch stop. Glad it's not my regular Sam's Club. Only 3 stars because the lady giving out chocolate samples was very lovely.
